I’ve written guest experience content at every stage of the travel journey — from the first spark of wanderlust to seamless in-stay guidance.

As a lead content writer for Stay Alfred (a nationwide urban vacation rental company) and a freelance contributor for Roami, I created high-converting hospitality content across 33 U.S. cities — including SEO-optimized city and event blogs, property descriptions, onboarding materials, and app-based guest messaging.

My work included:

• CMS work (Kentico/Kontent), SEO optimization (meta tags, headers, LSIGraph), and publication scheduling
• Cross-team collaboration — contributing to hybrid standups, national stakeholder interviews, and brand-wide content alignment
